SmartMover uses a secure Internet connection that allows you to integrate
COA seamlessly into your custom applications to process lists
against 48-month NCOALink data. You can submit your list in any file type with
as few as 100 unique names and addresses without having to worry about layout,
formatting, or per-job minimum fees.
DPV® is Now Included as Part of NCOALink
Another regulation that USPS mandates is CASS™ certification. After processing
we will provide a report showing that your file has been CASS Certified™, which
now includes LACSLink, SuiteLink, and DPV (delivery point validation) to verify
that an actual address exists down to an apartment or suite number.
Processing Acknowledgement Form
The USPS requires a completed Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF)
for each of our customers prior to providing NCOALink® service.
