dataset of approximately 160 million change of address records filed with the
USPS®. Move updating your mailing list will ensure deliverability, reduce waste
and is now mandatory for all Standard Mail® (letters, flats, parcels, and
non-flat machinables) as well as automation and presort-rate First-Class Mail®.
This means that addresses must be updated within 95 days prior to mailing to
qualify for discounted postage rates.
DPV® is Now Included as Part of NCOALink
Another regulation that USPS mandates is CASS™ certification. After processing
we will provide a report showing that your file has been CASS Certified™, which
now includes LACSLink, SuiteLink, and DPV (delivery point validation) to verify
that an actual address exists down to an apartment or suite number.
48- and 24-month Processing Service Available
The
NCOALink
48-month processing service will search for address changes filed
in the most recent 48 months. This service is recommended for any mailing list
that has not been updated in over a year. The more affordable 24-month service
will search for address changes filed in the most recent 24 months and is
equivalent in price to other providers’
18-month NCOALink service.
